Description

Authorize to amend an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant (PO# 1089961) with the Town of Seabrook, NH, by amending the scope for the implementation of adaptation solutions to increase flood resilience for the Seabrook Wastewater Treatment Facility effective upon Governor & Council approval through August 31, 2026. This is a no cost amendment.
