Description

Pursuant to RSA 212:1, authorize the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department (NHFG) to amend the deed for the 358-acre Maidstone Bends conservation easement, originally approved by Governor and the Executive Council on June 14, 2023 (#109, archived document ), to include language to comply with the legal requirements of the NH Department of Environmental Services’ (DES) Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund Source Water Protection Program, effective upon Governor and Council approval. There is no funding requested.
