Authorize the Office of the Commissioner, pursuant to RSA 94:3, to approve an annual salary step increase for the Director of the Division of Fire Standards and Training and Emergency Medical Services, Mark Wholey, in the amount of $6,738 from $129,583 (Grade II, Step 5) to $136,321 (Grade II, Step 6). Effective June 12, 2026.
