Authorize the Division of State Police, pursuant to RSA 9:16-c, I, to transfer $237,755 in NH DOT and DOJ grant funds within an accounting unit for program support. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 19, 2026. (2) Authorize the Division of State Police, pursuant to RSA 14:30-a, VI, to accept and expend $262,245 in federal pass-through funds from the NH Department of Justice to provide equipment to local and county law enforcement for J-One expansion. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Revenue Transfers from Other Agencies. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 19, 2026.
