Authorize the Office of Highway Safety, pursuant to RSA 14:30-a, VI, to accept and expend $457,747 in National Highway Traffic Safety Administration federal grant funds to support grants to state and local law enforcement and public awareness campaigns aimed at reducing fatalities caused by distracted driving, including increasing law enforcement visibility and promoting safer driving behavior. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 19, 2026.
