Authorize the Division of Fire Standards and Training and EMS, pursuant to RSA 14:30-a, VI, to accept and expend NH Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust funds from the Department of Environmental Services in an amount not to exceed $525,000 to procure a diesel-powered fire rescue truck to enhance emergency response capabilities. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Intra Agency Transfers. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on June 19, 2026.
