Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend a grant to the Town of Barrington, NH to purchase and install a generator for a radio communication tower by extending the completion date from August 31, 2024 to August 31, 2026, with no change to the price limitation of $74,500. This grant was originally approved by G&C on November 29, 2023, item #97 archived document . Effective upon G&C approval for the period August 31, 2024 through August 31, 2026. This is a no-cost extension. 100% Federal Funds
