Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, pursuant to RSA 14:30-a, VI, to accept and expend Homeland Security Grant Program funds from the Office of the Commissioner in an amount not to exceed $268,989 to enhance community preparedness and resilience in the State of New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2026. 100% Intra Agency Transfers. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on May 15, 2026.
