Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Netsmart Technologies, Inc., Overland Park, KS (originally approved by G&C on 12/7/22, item #7, archived document ), to transition services for the New Hampshire Hospital’s Electronic Health Records system and food service automation services from the Contractor’s data center to a cloud-based environment, to remove all references to fees and services related to Hampstead Hospital Residential Treatment Facility, and to modify the licensing structure for the Contractor’s mModal application, by decreasing the price limitation by $33,822.05 from $7,901,080.44 to $7,867,258.39 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2028. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds
