Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to enter into a contract with OTM Cyber, Huntsville, AL, in the amount of $500,600 to provide Managed Detection and Response services, including 24/7/365 monitoring and Proactive Vulnerability Detection and Response, for the New Hampshire Interoperable Communications Network.
