Authorize the Division of Administration to award a grant to the Southern NH Special Operations Unit c/o Town of Salem, NH in the amount of $77,260 from the 2025 Homeland Security Grant Program to procure a search and rescue robot. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
