Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into grant agreements with local entities, as detailed in the letter dated March 10, 2026, for Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness projects in an amount not to exceed $102,197. Effective upon G&C approval, full contract execution at the local agency level and review and approval by the NH Department of Justice, and grantee funding acceptance of the award terms and conditions through August 31, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
