Authorize the Department of Safety and the Department of Transportation to enter into a contract with Numetric, Inc., Draper, Utah, in an amount not to exceed $810,000 to implement a commercial-off-the-shelf vendor-hosted Crash Data Analysis System. Effective upon G&C approval through January 30, 2030, with an optional two-year extension. 100% Federal Funds
