Authorize, under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act funding, specifically under the Community Development Block Grant program, to award a grant to the City of Manchester, NH, in the amount of $500,000. A total of $245,000 will remain with the city for the shelters located at 39 Beech Street and 200 Elm Street, Manchester, NH and the rest will be subgranted to Families in Transition to provide public service activities to the Family Emergency Shelter and Adult Emergency Shelter. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
