Description

Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a lease agreement with 149 Emerald Street Leasing, LLC, Lakewood, NJ. This lease shall not exceed $223,550 and will provide 2,630 square feet of space for the Division of Motor Vehicles offices located on the first floor of 149 Emerald Street Suites A1 & A2, Keene, NH. Effective March 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through February 28, 2030. 100% Agency Income (Cost of Collections)
