Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Alvin J. Coleman & Son Inc., Conway, NH, for minor expansion and reconfiguration of the Portsmouth Transportation Center, the Park and Ride facility located on the southern end of the Pease Tradeport in Portsmouth, on the basis of a low bid of $686,674.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $48,067.22 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
