Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with F. L. Merrill Construction Inc., Loudon, NH, for roadway improvements on 1.7 miles of NH Route 108 in Durham and Newmarket, on the basis of a low bid of $4,111,415.07. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $205,570.75 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 18, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
