Description
Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to exercise the renewal option of the contract with Conduent State & Local Solutions Inc., formerly Xerox State & Local Solutions Inc., Phoenix, AZ (originally approved by G&C on 4-23-14, item #86), to provide International Registration Plan VISTA/RS and Performance and Registration Systems Management VISTA/SE systems maintenance and intellectual property licensing, by increasing the contract in an amount not to exceed $72,916 from $600,006 to $672,922.
