Description
Authorize the Division of Fire Safety to enter into a grant agreement with the NH Association of Fire Chiefs for activities that increase State and local effectiveness in handling hazardous materials incidents, enhance implementation of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, and encourage a comprehensive approach to emergency training and planning, in the amount of $34,660. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
