Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a contract with Harriman Associates, Auburn, ME, for the purpose of providing consulting services for the State Police Forensic Laboratory Needs Assessment, in an amount not to exceed $97,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
