Description
Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into Law Enforcement Substance Abuse Reduction Initiative grant agreements in substantially similar form and format to the documents with the counties and municipalities as detailed in letter dated September 20, 2021, for a total amount of $1,200,000, for the investigation and apprehension of individuals or organizations that are involved in narcotics related drug use and trafficking. Effective upon G&C approval, full contract execution, and grantee funding acceptance through June 30, 2022. 100% General Funds.
