Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing sub award (or grant) agreement with New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/15/21, Item #48), to provide emergency rental assistance to eligible NH households by increasing the price limitation by $8,250,864 from $124,305,669 to $132,556,533, of which $166,330 was previously advanced to NHHFA for the purposes of evacuee supportive services as part of the New Hampshire Emergency Rental Assistance Program (NHERAP) with ERA2 funding and represents a reallocation of funds for the use of rental and utility assistance within NHERAP from an Item #74C above. Effective upon G&C approval with no change to the completion date of September 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 18, 2022. Contingent upon G&C approval of Items #73 and #74C above.
