Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing sub award (or grant) agreement with New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/26/22, Item #70), to provide emergency rental assistance to eligible NH households in the State’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program by increasing the price limitation by $2,459,240 from $170,252,576.22 to $172,711,816.22. Effective upon G&C approval with no change to the completion date of December 31, 2022. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 18, 2022.
