Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority, Concord, NH, in the amount of $20,000,000, to facilitate the Community Center Investment Program, which would support community centers around the State by enabling investments in the construction, expansion, equipment, capital infrastructure, and other costs as they adapt to the effects of the COVID-19 health crisis and continued provision of essential services in communities.
