Description
Authorize to amend the sole source contract with Evenica Corp (Evenica), Burlington, Ontario (originally approved by G&C on 2/2/20, Item #28), to complete design, development and deployment, and to provide follow-up support and maintenance of the Commission’s Business to Consumer and Business to Business eCommerce environments, by increasing the contract by $375,000, from the original contract price of $1,199,140 to a total amount not to exceed $1,574,140. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2023. 100% Liquor Funds.
