Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a sole source contract with Promega Corporation, Madison, WI, in the amount of $176,000, for the purpose of validating and employing new chemistries and forensic instruments in the New Hampshire State Police Forensic Laboratory. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
