Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an Interstate Bridge Agreement with the State of Vermont to allow the Department to bill Vermont for costs associated with the design and rehabilitation of two existing trusses, which were built in 1920, currently carrying NH Route 119 over the Connecticut River between Hinsdale, NH and Brattleboro, VT.
