Description

Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands, Natural Heritage Bureau to budget and expend prior year carry forward funds in the amount of $319,014 for the purpose of supporting various program initiatives within the Natural Heritage Bureau. (2) Further authorize to establish one temporary full-time Environmentalist III position and one temporary full-time position Environmentalist I to support various initiatives within the Natural Heritage Bureau. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Other Funds (Agency Income). Fiscal Committee approved on August 11, 2023.
