Description
Authorize the Office of the Commissioner to enter into a contract with Benjamin Victor Studios, Inc., Boise, ID, in the amount of $250,000 for the creation and production of the Christa McAuliffe State House Memorial Commission Piece. Effective upon G&C approval through September 1, 2024. (2) Further authorize an advanced payment in the amount of $62,500 to Benjamin Victor Studios, Inc., in accordance with the terms of the contract. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
