Description
Authorize to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the members of the New England Heat Pump Accelerator Coalition, in order to complete a $500 million federal Climate Pollution Reduction Grant to create the New England Heat Pump Accelerator Program, which is designed to stimulate economic activity in the regional heat pump market while substantially reducing the greenhouse gas emissions from residential properties in the Coalition states. Effective upon G&C approval.
