Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Historic Sites to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with CK Landmark Construction Corporation, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/23/23, Item #82), for demolition of the Nature Center and 12 cabins at Spruce Pond in Bear Brook State Park in Allenstown, NH, by extending the completion date from November 3, 2023 to June 1, 2024, with no change to the price limitation.
