Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with Cerella Solutions, Inc dba Batteries Plus, (VC#291203), Concord, NH in an amount up to and not to exceed $228,867.54 for batteries with the option to extend for up to an additional two years, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through April 30, 2031.
