Authorize the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Division of Risk and Benefits (Risk), to enter into a contract with Express Scripts, Inc., (ESI), Saint Louis, Missouri to administer the self-funded prescription drug plan. The term of the Agreement is for a period of three (3) years, from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2029, with a contract price not to exceed $295,600,000 and an option to extend for up to three (3) additional years, with approval from the Governor and Executive Council. Approximately 36% General Funds, 10% Federal Funds, 10% Highway Funds, 3% Enterprise Funds, 1% Fish and Game Funds, 1% Turnpike Funds and 39% Other Funds.
