Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with Claremont Learning Partnership, Claremont, NH, to add funding provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to support the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program, Continuum of Care, Transitional Housing and Rapid Rehousing Projects, by increasing the price limitation by $30,771 from $1,098,972 to $1,129,743 with no change to the contract completion date of September 30, 2029, effective upon Governor and Council approval.
