Authorize to amend an existing contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. Boston, MA, for the continued development, implementation, analysis, and reporting of the New Hampshire Public Mental Health Client Satisfaction Survey, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $268,000 from $336,000 to $604,000 and extending the completion date from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2028, effective January 1, 2027, upon Governor and Council approval.
