Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with Waypoint, Manchester, NH, to continue Continuum of Care housing services and add funding provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address cost of living adjustments, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $776,741 from $2,847,079 to $3,623,820 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2028 to September 30, 2028, effective upon Governor and Council approval.
