Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., Berlin, NH, to continue Continuum of Care housing services and add funding provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address cost of living adjustments, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $1,166,866 from $1,688,295 to $2,855,161 and extending the completion date from August 31, 2027 to September 30, 2029, effective upon Governor and Council approval.
