Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with Southwestern Community Services, Inc., Keene, NH, to continue Continuum of Care housing services and add funding provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address cost of living adjustments, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $2,918,684 from $4,150,880 to $7,069,564 and extending the completion date from December 31, 2027 to December 31, 2029, effective upon Governor and Council approval.
