Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with Mental Health Center for Southern New Hampshire DBA Center for Life Management, Derry, NH, to add funding provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to support Continuum of Care housing services and address cost of living adjustments, by increasing the price limitation by $330,964 from $7,663,003 to $7,993,967 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2029, effective upon Governor and Council approval.
