Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Dover, NH to continue Continuum of Care housing services and add funding provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to address cost of living adjustments, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $8,432,728 from $4,478,846 to $12,911,574 and extending the completion date from November 30, 2027 to November 30, 2029, effective upon Governor and Council approval.
