Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with MTX Group Inc, Frisco, TX to continue to provide help desk support, maintenance services, and enhancements to the New Hampshire Connections Information System used by NH families for child care searches and by providers for licensing, background checks, and professional development, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $1,139,580 from $812,875 to $1,952,455 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2027 to June 30, 2029, effective upon Governor and Council approval. The original contract was approved by G&C on December 17, 2025, item #105, archived document , and amended on April 15, 2026, item #97, archived document . 100% Federal Funds.
