Authorize the Police Standards and Training Council (PSTC) to retroactively amend FIS 26-087 approved by the Fiscal Committee on May 15, 2026 and Item #122 approved by Governor and Council on May 20, 2026, archived document , by extending the end date from September 30, 2026 through June 30, 2027 to accept and expend funds in the amount of $300,000 from the Department of Justice for the purpose of supporting an existing temporary part-time statewide accreditation program manager and to continue to support the statewide program for law enforcement accreditation, effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on October 23, 2026.
