Authorize to approve a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loan agreement with Presidential Pines Cooperative, Inc., Loudon, NH in the amount not to exceed $500,000 to finance water system improvements, subject to conditions as outlined in documents substantially in the form presented, under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and N.H. Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. effective upon Governor and Council approval. 87.34% Federal Funds, 12.66% Capital (General) Funds.
