Authorize the Governor’s Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery (GOFERR) to amend an agreement with New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, (VC #174411) Manchester, NH, approved by Governor and Council on December 18, 2024, Late Item #A, archived document , as amended by Governor and Council on June 17, 2026, Item #56, archived document , by increasing the amount from $4,040,656 by an amount to be determined by the amount of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State Fiscal Recovery Funds (SFRF) that are unobligated no later than December 31, 2026, with no change to the completion date, in order to allocate the remaining ARPA SFRF funds to use for affordable housing purposes throughout the State, effective upon approval of Governor and Executive Council through December 31, 2026. This is an allowable use of ARPA SFRF funds under Section 602 (c)(1)(A) to respond to the public health emergency or its negative economic impacts. 100% Federal Funds.
