Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Energy (Department) to enter into a SOLE SOURCE amendment to a grant agreement with 3Phase Hydro LLC, Ashland, NH, Vendor #578519, by increasing the price limitation by $198,000 from $100,000 to $298,000 to replace one hydro turbine, complete repair work, and build a new building, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through June 30, 2028. The original grant was approved by the Governor and Executive Council on June 17, 2026, Item #46, archived document , in the amount of $100,000. There is no change to the completion date. 100% Other (Renewable Energy Fund).
