1. Authorize the Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services to enter into a contract with Turnstone Corporation (VC#169530), Milford, New Hampshire, in the amount of $837,630.00 for the State Military Reservation Building 1 Alterations Project in Concord, New Hampshire upon Governor and Executive Council approval through May 31, 2027. 2. Further, authorize a contingency in the amount of $60,000.00 for unanticipated expenses bringing the contract total to $897,630.00 effective upon Governor and Council approval through May 31, 2027. 75% Federal Funds and 25% State Funds
