1. Authorize the Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services to enter into a contract with Triple Construction (VC#395282), Merrimack, New Hampshire, in the amount of $143,754.00 for the New Hampshire Army National Guard Lebanon Readiness Center Door Replacement Project in Lebanon, New Hampshire upon Governor and Executive Council approval through February 28, 2027. 2. Further, authorize a contingency in the amount of $15,000.00 for unanticipated expenses bringing the contract total to $158,754.00 effective upon Governor and Council approval through February 28, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
