Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract, which was originally competitively bid, with Deloitte Consulting, LLP, New York, NY, to modify the scope of work to address requirements through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (PL 119-21), to reduce long-term care eligibility processing times, strengthen contact center response times, and conduct system changes to support the implementation of the Dual Special Needs Medicare and Medicaid Plans targeted for January 1, 2028, within NH EASY and New HEIGHTS by increasing the price limitation by $11,421,871 from $102,169,141.12 to $113,591,012.12 with no change to the contract completion date of September 30, 2028, effective upon Governor and Council approval.
