1. Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Electric Light Company, Inc. dba Electric Signal Repair of Cape Neddick, ME on the basis of a low bid of $252,586 for intersection signalization and traffic pole replacement in locations along NH 33 from Greenland to Portsmouth; I-93 in Manchester, and on the FEET in Merrimack (Projects: Greenland-Portsmouth #45449, Manchester #45444, and Merrimack #45445), from the date of Governor and Council approval through October 29, 2027, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 2. Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $25,258.60 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. The contingency requested is 10% of the contract amount. 44% Turnpike, 29% Betterment, and 27% Reimbursable Maintenance.
