1. Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with E.D. Swett, Inc. of Concord, NH on the basis of a low bid of $1,389,380.00 for culvert replacement in Wolfeboro to convey an unnamed stream under NH 28 (Project: Wolfeboro #44455), from the date of Governor and Council approval through June 2, 2028, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 2. Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $138,938 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. The contingency requested is 10% of the contract amount. 80% Federal Funds, 20% Highway Funds.
